At Pier1, we warmly welcome you to our 35 square meter maritime holiday apartments.

Also in these accommodations there is the lake view included: Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the lake and is designed for a maximum of 4 people.

Pets are possible by arrangement in our ground-level holiday apartments, which are only available in limited numbers.

In all our accommodations smoking is not allowed.

Rules / cancellation

Cancellation
  • Free until 30 days before arrival
  • If no cancellation and no arrival, the entire travel price is due
  • Up to 21 days before arrival is a processing fee of 30,00 EUR per individual contract, in case of changes of collective bookings 15,00 EUR due, after this date 75% of the rental fee is due. The cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax, mail)
  • In case of early departure no costs can be reimbursed

  • By arrangement, check-in times may vary. Check in between 15 - 18 clock
  • Check-out until 10 clock
  • Guests must be at least 18 years old or travel with a legal guardian
  • There is an additional charge. Pets by arrangement
