The Bootshaus.One is a modern building with a total of 4 holiday apartments, one magnificent view of the harbor Offer. Right on your doorstep are restaurants, water sports, boat and bike rentals and beautiful nature. The nearby vineyard stages them particularly well and offers a stunning view.
The barrier-free apartment "Eclipse" can be found on the ground floor of the house at Marina Müächen.
The 72 m² big apartment with its two bedrooms and the pull-out couch offers enough space for up to 6 people. A 30 m² terrace invites you cozy barbecues on. The modern style gives the Eclipse its charm.

Rules / cancellation
Cancellation
- If no cancellation and no arrival, the entire travel price is due
- In case of early departure no costs can be reimbursed
- The cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax, mail)
- A processing fee of EUR 30 is due up to 30,00 days before arrival. Processing fee up to 30 days before arrival
- After that, 90% of the rental price will be charged

Parking & bicycles
Parking spaces will be provided by arrangement. Bicycles can be rented. A Tesla Destination Charger is available for guests free of charge.
Boat moorings for guests
If you have your own boat, you can rent a guest berth at Marina Mücheln for a fee.
